We're seeking for a skilled and motivated
Financial Data Analyst
. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and optimizing financial and IT operational costs, making sure that spending supports business goals and delivers the highest possible value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for tracking and overseeing IT operations costs.
  • Monitor and forecast operational expenses within Engineering.
  • Design and apply strategies to optimize spending.
  • Work closely with engineering and finance teams to improve cost management processes.
  • Deliver clear and insightful financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Spot and recommend opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Track and manage software license usage.
  • Promote cloud cost management best practices across the team.
  • Lead initiatives that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Support decision-making through data and analytics.
  • Take part in vendor relations and contract negotiations.

Professional and Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Strong technical mindset with hands-on familiarity in cloud platforms and infrastructure services.
  • Ability to engage in conversations cloud tech and IT services.
  • Skilled in data analysis, with experience in SQL and creating insightful dashboards using BI tools.
  • Capable of producing clear process documentation and structured reports.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools in a professional setting.
  • Experience working with collaboration and tracking tools like Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
