The PositionThe Opportunity
As the Marketing and Medical Chapter Lead in Roche Diagnostics Hungary, you will be responsible for developing local Marketing and Medical strategy, leading, designing, implementing, executing and evaluating local Product / Disease Areas Business Plans. The responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals and identifying focused disease areas.
Provide strategic direction to the organization based on key product launches, focus areas and 3 years strategic plan of the affiliate and be an active, constructive and respected member of local Leadership team. Co-create, promote and execute affiliate strategy in concordance with Transform D, New Ways of Working and Diagnostics.
Develop local Marketing plan of strategic products, launch plans of new products, develop and implement key marketing programs / tools to achieve objectives to contribute to the country's business targets and mobilize teams across all relevant functions and ensure their integration beyond the Marketing and Medical department to deliver on respective plans.
Developing local Medical Plan, including objectives, strategies and tactics, and driving its execution in alignment with Global and Regional Medical Affairs strategies and priorities and local needs for key disease areas and implementing the medical vision and strategy for key therapeutic and disease areas and ensuring alignment at the affiliate level.
Maintaining existing and building new relationships with HCP and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and actively promote cross border cooperation within SRSE to define future opportunities and leverage capabilities between teams.
Lead and coach the Product management and Medical teams according to the Roche leadership commitments. Regularly checking if current team priorities are leading the team towards the achievement of the company's mission statement, effectively managing and coaching team members to ensure team objectives and service goals, maintaining and prioritizing the team's backlog, supporting the team in focusing on the tasks that are currently most impactful from the perspective of our vision and strategic priorities
Creating an environment for effective collaboration, information- and knowledge flow, maintaining and enhancing a well-functioning team dynamics, taking corrective actions if necessary.
Who you are
Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare related science
10+ years in Healthcare related business in Sales, Marketing, Access or Support preferred
Thorough understanding of Public Healthcare System in Hungary will be an advantage
Model mindset/behaviors, agility and instill, reinforce and implement New Ways of Working
Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken is essential
Minimal travel up to 25% annually
