Content Designer (Junior–Mid Level)

Location: Remote from Hungary (Budapest-based firm) Schedule: US timezones

About the Role

We're seeking a Content Designer (3–5 years experience) with a background in banking/financial services to support the launch of a new tool by shaping, refining, and governing all client-facing communication. You'll produce and review copy for Smart Alerts, Nudges, and notifications, while codeveloping the tool's Agentic Copywriter—defining tone rules, message templates, guardrails, training examples, and prompt structures used in Copilot. This role ensures communication is clear, consistent, accessible, and aligned with design standards, reducing risks of poor adoption, misinterpretation, or harm.

What You'll Do

  • Write and refine copy for Smart Alerts, Nudges, and notifications.

  • Define tone rules, templates, guardrails, and prompt structures for the Agentic Copywriter.

  • Collaborate with Product Designers, UX Researchers, and engineers to ensure communication clarity and consistency.

  • Govern client-facing communication across Retail, MSME, and Corporate segments.

  • Ensure all messaging is evidence-based, accessible, and user-friendly.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of content design, UX writing, or communication design experience in banking/financial services.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing clear, user-centered communication.

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to work remotely from Hungary on US timezones.
