As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative team of Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Admins, focused on the ongoing development, support, and maintenance of our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure platform security and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integration patterns, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II and other certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Please note: we're trying to build a great company culture and a cohesive office, which means that this is an in-office opportunity. There will be travel - Stockholm, London, Zurich etc. but when in Budapest this is
a 5-days
in the office role.
