German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role:
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a growing IT Service Desk team in Budapest. This role is ideal for people who want a stable job, structured training, and long-term development in an international company. No previous IT experience is required.
What You Will Do:
- Be the first contact for users who need IT help (Level 1 support).
- Handle calls, emails, and online requests.
- Register issues in the ticketing system.
- Escalate cases to Level 2 when needed.
- Keep users updated and ensure good service quality.
- Support continuous improvement of processes.
What We Need:
- Fluent German + good English (B2).
- Nice to have: customer service experience (IT experience is a BIG plus).
- Willingness to learn - full training is provided.
- Ability to work in shifts (mostly 8h; night/weekend shifts 12h).
- Clear communication and a proactive attitude.
- Graduates are welcome.

Work Schedule:
