Upon successful completion, you'll have the opportunity to work with one of our global clients as a full-time IT Support Specialist, helping to maintain and enhance their IT infrastructure and support services.

What you will learn during the training:

Technical Skills

  • Networking: Learn the fundamentals of networking, protocols, hardware, and security.
  • IT Service Management: Master ITIL concepts including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Windows & Hardware: Gain hands-on experience with Windows OS, PowerShell, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory & LDAP: Understand directory services, group policies, and secure server setup.
  • Office 365 & SharePoint: Collaborate effectively using Microsoft tools and services.
  • Linux & SQL (Introductory): Explore foundational concepts to broaden your technical toolkit.
