Your new role

As an S&OP Analyst for Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia, you will act as the key link between local markets and the regional Supply Chain HUB. You will be responsible for validating forecasts, managing demand and activity review meetings, and supporting new product introductions and phase-in/phase-out projects. Your role will also involve close collaboration with sales, marketing, and planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless market execution.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain or export business, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, S&OP processes, and new product implementation
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
  • Solid grasp of financial metrics relevant to sales, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Collaborative, accountable, and culturally adaptable mindset
  • Able to travel once in a month for 3 days
