Where You Make An Impact

  • Drive Agile Process Improvement: Organize, facilitate, and continuously enhance agile practices (Scrum and scaled agile) within and across teams.
  • Coach and Support Product Owners: Provide methodologies and guidance to structure and prioritize the Product Backlog for optimal value delivery.
  • Enable Team Success: Remove obstacles, empower self-organizing teams, and promote eAective collaboration.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Serve as a role model for agile values, supporting both personal and professional growth within the teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Scrum Masters and stakeholders to strengthen agile practices across the organization.
  • Mentor Other Scrum Masters: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to less experienced Scrum Masters and support their development.
  • Drive Cross-Team Alignment: Ensure smooth coordination across multiple teams, especially in scaled agile environments.
  • Facilitate Advanced Workshops: Lead workshops with leadership, architecture, and cross-functional groups to address systemic challenges.
  • Influence Organizational Agility: Support company-wide agile transformation initiatives and contribute to agile maturity assessments.

What Makes You Be The Perfect Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master or similar position
  • Extensive experience in agile methodologies with a proven track record as a Scrum Master, ideally in multi-team or complex product environments.
  • Strong facilitation skills, enabling eAective workshops, meetings, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Relevant agile certifications (e.g. SAFe SSM) are preferred.
  • You are a natural motivator who inspires others with enthusiasm for agile ways of working.
  • You remain calm and solution-oriented even in challenging situations and approach problems with creativity and a positive mindset.
