We are looking for a System Analyst/Technical Business Analyst, who will take part in international ERP implementation projects.

As a System Analyst, you will be…
  • Learning the functionality of our customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations application (called NAXT) and the parameters of the system during training and individually
  • Preparing functional design documentation in line with the company´s standards/processes
  • Testing and configuring interfaces between NAXT and 3rd party external systems
  • Participating in the design and implementing our solution based on the company´s standards and project implementation methodologies, in line with the individual requirements of the clients and the local/international/group level regulations
  • Providing excellence in support on a technical and functional level, incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Working closely with other departments (support, on-site consulting team, product management) to better understand and meet customer expectations and industry trends
  • Contributing to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test colleagues
  • Working closely with software developers, assisting them during the development phase
  • Leading occasionally calls/meetings/demos with clients, product owners and other stakeholders
  • Running internal trainings, preparing training materials
  • Mentoring junior personnel throughout their learning path
What we expect from you:
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics Management or related area
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • User knowledge of SQL
  • Independent preparation and execution of Soap and REST API integration tests within SoapUI tool
  • Experience in requirement gathering analysis and in conducting workshops to drive requirements design
  • Ability to map integration pattern to functional usage experience in MSFT Dynamics
  • Experience in the field of Data migration is a great advantage
  • Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results by working in both a global team environment and independently.
  • Striving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude
  • Previous experience with MSFT Dynamics products is a huge advantage (business analyst, consultant, key user)
