Your contribution:

• Manage and maintain lease contracts and real estate objects in
  SAP RE-FX
  , ensuring proper IFRS 16 / IAS 17 classification and treatment
• Execute lease adjustments
  , terminations, and remeasurements in accordance with accounting standards
• Oversee daily
  Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Reconcile AP/AR subledger accounts
  with the general ledger, monitor aging reports, and resolve vendor/customer discrepancies
• Support
  monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  , including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses
  and reports for management and collaborate closely with Real Estate, SSC, and Finance stakeholders

What makes you stand out:

• Minimum of
  3 years of professional experience
  in finance or accounting with focus on
  SAP RE-FX
  and subledger accounting
• Strong knowledge of
  SAP FI-AP, and SAP FI-AR
  with hands-on user experience
• Successfully completed degree in finance, accounting, controlling,
  or an equivalent qualification
• Strong
  analytical mindset
  , high attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with
  fluency in German and English
  (spoken and written)
• Proficient in
  MS Office
  (especially Excel) and familiar with standard business user applications
