Production Manager

Main tasks

• Managing and controlling the production area (four production units + maintenance)
• Coordination and development of production processes
• Capacity analysis and resource planning
• Optimizing production efficiency
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of production KPIs
• Development of measurements, planning, and tracking of implementation
• Ensure that IATF and customer requirements are fulfilled in the production area
• Ensure quality and product responsibility – zero defect policy
• Mentoring, motivation, and employee retention support
• Reporting to the managing director and the global departments

Requirements for the job

• 3 years of experience in production management
• 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry or similar (e.g., Aerospace, Life Science)
• Higher education (a technical degree is an advantage)
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of lean tools
• Excellent English knowledge, German language is an advantage
• Analytical mindset, systematic approach
• Decision-making capability, assertiveness, and result-oriented
• Stress tolerance, flexibility
• Planning and organizational capabilities, strategic thinking
• Leadership experience, ability to motivate
• Communication skills: clear, distinct communication
• User-level IT knowledge and SAP knowledge
