Responsibilities-

• Acting as subject matter expert for internet and access security matters on Group level
• Design and engineer solutions and systems related to various network and remote access solutions
• Proactively and reactively finetune existing network and security systems as per business need
• Continuously increase security posture, efficiency and performance of secure network access and network traffic filtering through engineering, designing and fine tuning rulesets, parameters and schemes in these areas
• Monitor and maintain both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure related to secure network access
• Perform risk-based decisions on a daily basis to enable business processes as well as protecting them
• Coordinate with cyber security architects and implement secure network principles
• Design, maintain and improve both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure related to various fields of network access
• Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams to integrate cybersecurity technologies with existing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security

Requirements-

• University/College degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of progressive experience in the information technology industry covering internet filtering, VPN, network operations preferably in a multinational environment
• Thorough understanding and practical experience in networking principles, firewalls, zero trust network access, remote access, secure access service edges, microsegmentation
• Understanding of related technologies such as DNS security, Linux operation, single sign-on
• Thorough understanding of security principles, practices and standards and how they translate into real world technical solutions; risk management basics
• Hands-on experience and/or industry recognized certifications from these vendors- Cisco, Checkpoint, Zscaler, etc.
• Ability to communicate complex technology concepts both at high level as well as on technical level
• Ability to communicate complex technology concepts both at high level as well as on technical level
• Fluent English knowledge
