What exactly will you do?

Managing and participating in projects at our clients

§ 
Lead full project lifecycle management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations

, from planning and execution to go-live and post-launch support

§ 
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with the holding stakeholders and the implementation partner

§ 
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies

§ 
Act as the
primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and Microsoft partners

, translating business requirements into actionable solutions

§ 
Oversee system integrations, data migrations

, and custom development, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and compliance

§ 
Drive change management initiatives

, including user training and adoption programs, to maximize the value of the ERP system

§ 
Monitor project performance

, provide regular status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle

§ 
Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and operational standards, optimizing workflows and reporting capabilities

Facilitate project governance, including documentation, status reporting, and issue escalation

Support continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and opportunities for future optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ERP project milestones and deliverables

Lead project meetings, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders and end users

Analyse and address project risks or issues to ensure successful project delivery

Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

Provide support and guidance to project team members and end users to ensure alignment with project goals

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field

§ 
5+ years of project management experience in ERP environments,

with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV, or AX)

§ 
Proven track record of
managing enterprise-scale ERP implementations, migrations, and integrations

§ 
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and business processes within ERP environments

§ 
Proficiency in project management methodologies

(Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)

§ 
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred and is advantageous

§ 
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and integrations with third-party applications is a plus

§ 
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders

§ 
Strong risk management, change management, and conflict resolution skills

§ 
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including setup, configuration, and core module knowledge (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing) is a considerate advantage

§ 
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and profitability

§ 
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

§ 
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and schedules

§ 
Strong command of English is a must, Bulgarian is an advantage
