Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing and manufacturing highly secure and robust hardware and software solutions for critical infrastructures and defense applications. With a mission to set new benchmarks in physical and digital cybersecurity, the company is expanding its international engineering team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design and development of embedded systems and applications
  • Coordinate development projects and ensure alignment with overall product and security requirements
  • Define coding standards, review code quality, and drive best practices in software engineering
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, cybersecurity, and operations teams
  • Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
  • Ensure timely delivery of software components for product releases

Requirements

Your Profile
  • University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development (C/C++, embedded systems, or comparable)
  • Proven leadership or team coordination experience
  • Familiarity with secure coding standards and development for critical environments is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English; Hungarian is an advantage
