Our trusted partner, a global technology company, is seeking accountant professionals to join their team. This company provides cutting-edge imaging solutions and technologies to businesses worldwide, with a strong focus on sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of their products. The Statutory & Tax Accountant role focuses on the EMEA region and involves coordination with external audit partners across countries, as well as ensuring our processes stay aligned with local statutory and tax regulations by monitoring ongoing changes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full statutory reporting cycle for selected EMEA legal entities
  • Take ownership of preparing statutory financial statements and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor and review statutory adjustments
  • Perform reconciliations between statutory, tax, and US GAAP ledgers
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors on the preparation and submission of tax returns
  • Review statutory financial statements and tax computations for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all filings are submitted on time
  • Support and coordinate statutory audit processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance statutory accounting and reporting procedures

Required skills:

  • Master's degree in accounting and/or Certified Accountant qualification
  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in an international environment
  • Solid IFRS and/or USGAAP knowledge
  • Fluent English mandatory, both written and oral
  • Flexibility and ability to work towards simultaneous deadlines
  • Ability to work in an international environment and to manage several stakeholders
  • Proactive in identifying issues and solutions

Advantages:
