Who we are looking for

We help leading enterprises in across Central Europe unlock real business value from AI and ML. Our clients aren't looking for experiments - they want results. As a Consultant in our AI & Data team, you'll bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes. You'll work on strategic AI initiatives, define operating models, and guide clients through the practical use of AI technologies.

What we're looking for:

  • We're seeking early-career professionals with 1- 3 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning projects that create real business impact.
  • Ability to understand business problems and needs of the clients - use-case first, technology second approach
  • Solid Python skills, plus familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
  • Ability to connect technical solutions with business needs and communicate both (tech + business) ways effectively
  • Strong English communication skills
  • EU work permit and willingness to travel within the region (the role is located in Budapest)

Nice to have:

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and genuine curiosity about how AI creates business value
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
  • Exposure to the AI/ML lifecycle – from business problem definition to model deployment
  • Curiosity and interest in Generative AI and its real-world applications
  • Exposure to MLOps, model governance, or AI risk frameworks.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and data platforms

Your future role

  • Consult on AI strategy: Help clients define what AI should deliver for their business and how to organize around it.
  • Deliver value-focused data science: Build and deploy ML models that solve real business problems, not just technical challenges.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
  • Stay pragmatic: Simplify complex concepts to drive adoption and impact.

Selection process

  • Introductory Call with HR - A short conversation to understand your background, motivation, and expectations.
  • Interview with Hiring Manager – (60 mins) A deeper discussion about your experience, business thinking, and how you approach AI challenges. Includes a short business case discussion. There will be time for your questions.
  • Technical Homework & Review - You'll receive a data science task to complete at home. We'll review your solution together and discuss your approach.
