We are looking for a new member in the Sales team, the Junior Project Director role, whose focus is to be partners' main point of contact, maintain permanent communication with clients and oversee all the operations throughout the projects roll-out until completion.

  • Liaises with potential and existing partners, develops quality relationships and professional connections
  • Participates in generation of new sales opportunities by networking, client/associate referrals, and cold calling, if necessary
  • Has a keen interest for events which take place within real estate, constructions and architecture domains and represents the company on such occasions (if the case)
  • Identifies the range of products to be specified in the construction & architecture projects
  • Acts as a project owner for all the allocated projects
  • Oversees the bid & tendering process and obtains approval on the commercial proposals,

from the clients; makes sure the contracts are signed and all necessary documents are filled in

  • Makes sure the clients are continuously up to date with the projects roll out
  • Supervises the implementation phase
  • Follows-up on payment of the invoices to be done on time by clients
  • Ensures proper closing of each project, according to internal procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (studies related to construction or project management are a plus)
  • Sales experience – at least 1 year (exposure to constructions, architecture, real estate domains represents an advantage)
  • Interested in architectural specifications and construction design elements
  • Goal and results driven
  • Sales oriented attitude, proactive towards availability and response times towards clients and customers
  • Passionate about project coordination
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Good understanding and/or experience with CRMs and ERPs
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Efficient reporting skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible, adaptable
