Főbb feladatok, munkák:

  • Bejövő és kimenő hívások kezelése címzetti oldalon
  • Ügyfelek magas szintű kiszolgálása, ügyfélelégedettség biztosítása
  • Felmerülő kérdések megválaszolása, problémák megoldása, reklamációk kezelése
  • Adminisztratív feladatok ellátása, ticketing rendszer használata
  • Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal

Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások:

  • Call center tapasztalat 
  • Kimagasló panaszkezelési, problémamegoldó és hatékony konfliktuskezelési képesség
  • Kiváló verbális kommunikációs készség
  • Ügyfélközpontú és eredménycentrikus gondolkodásmód
  • Pozitív, segítőkész személyiség
  • Megbízhatóság és precizitás
  • Alapszintű számítógépes ismeretek (MS Office)
