I. Job Responsibilities

1. Customs Clearance Business Management

  • Take charge of the full process of customs clearance for import and export goods, prepare customs declaration documents, coordinate with customs authorities and agents to ensure timely and compliant customs clearance and avoid risks;

  • Track customs policies (including local customs clearance in Hungary and trade-related regulations) and supervision requirements, update operating standards, and optimize processes to reduce costs;

  • Handle customs clearance exceptions (such as inspection, document discrepancies), coordinate to resolve issues and ensure the smooth flow of goods.

2. Production-Sales-Supply Matching and Coordination

  • Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement departments to synchronize plans and progress, match material supply and demand, and avoid inventory overstock or shortage;

  • Establish an information synchronization mechanism, collect and summarize circulation data to form reports, and provide support for supply chain adjustments;

  • Respond to production-sales-supply exceptions (such as production delays), coordinate logistics resources to adjust delivery plans.

3. Packaging and Warehousing Management

  • Participate in formulating packaging standards, optimize solutions based on cargo characteristics and logistics requirements to reduce losses and control costs;

  • Coordinate with the warehousing team, clarify inbound/outbound and storage requirements, supervise operating standards, and ensure cargo safety;

  • Track inventory dynamics, coordinate the disposal of slow-moving/expiring materials, and improve warehouse utilization and turnover rate.

4. Domestic and International Logistics Layout and Execution

  • Plan domestic and international logistics networks, screen and evaluate suppliers, conduct regular assessments, and optimize resource allocation;

  • Formulate transportation plans, select the optimal method based on cargo volume, timeliness, and budget, and track in-transit status;

  • Monitor logistics costs, analyze cost composition and propose optimization solutions to ensure cost control;

  • Handle logistics exceptions (such as cargo damage, delays), coordinate claims and formulate emergency plans.

II. Job Requirements

1.College degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management are preferred.

2.More than 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics; familiar with import and export processes, customs policies (including local regulations in Hungary) and logistics models; experience in production-sales-supply collaboration or warehousing management is preferred.

3.Proficient in the preparation and review of customs clearance documents, capable of completing customs clearance independently, and familiar with local customs clearance operations in Hungary.

4.Understand the advantages, disadvantages and costs of various transportation methods, and have the ability to optimize logistics solutions.

5.Proficient in using Office software, able to collect and analyze logistics data.

6.Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, and meticulous attention to details.

7.Possess cost awareness and optimization thinking, able to identify opportunities for cost reduction.

8.Proficiency in Hungarian, with English as a working language.
