Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate events globally with a key focus on customer, external marketing and brand promotion. Interface with business leadership, and within communications, product management and sales functions to ensure coordinated messaging.

  • Global Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and execute major global events

  • Coordinate logistics, marketing strategies, and on-site management to ensure successful event execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event goals with business objectives.

  • Sales & Marketing Meetings:

  • Plan and execute global sales and marketing meetings.

  • Develop agendas, coordinate speakers, and manage meeting logistics.

  • Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business goals.

  • Educational Webinars Management:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of educational webinars

  • Manage the webinar platform to ensure seamless delivery and user experience.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative content.

  • Content Creation:

  • Create and manage content for various marketing and educational initiatives.

  • Develop materials that support event promotion, sales enablement, and customer education.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in webinar platforms and digital marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ultrasound technology.
  • Knowledge of healthcare markets and trends.

Desired Characteristics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
