  • Define project deliverables, facilitate agreement on proposed solutions from various stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with well-organized project management skills
  • Implement effective communication plans and deliver presentations on key initiatives
  • Identify and monitor key risks, conduct scenario planning
  • Analyze value and develop business cases, ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives
  • Track confidentiality commitments and project clearances
  • Report on projects, pipeline, and financial targets using standardized tools and processes
  • Coordinate data inputs for reporting visibility and insights
  • Apply consistent project management approaches, track and report project progress
  • Manage project governance and orchestrate PMO sessions
  • Detect and facilitate issue resolution, manage document repository and version control
  • Lead global, cross-functional teams, influence key partners, facilitate breakthrough thinkingElvÃrÃsok / Requirements
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Science (MBA desirable)
    • Certification in Project Management preferred
    • 7+ years of experience managing complex global programs, preferably in Procurement
    • Experience in Life Sciences, BioTech, or Pharma industry preferred
    • Proficiency in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Category Management
    • Background in process improvement methodologies (PPI, Lean, Six Sigma)
    • Strong project management skills with proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in virtual teams
