PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Responsible Procurement Growwwer is responsible for supporting the Responsible Procurement team and the implementation of Sustainability initiatives in the Procurement organization. Assist in ensuring compliance with Sustainability legislation and standards. This role involves monitoring Supplier ESG performance, conduct research on best practices and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance sustainability, social responsibility within the supply chain and the procurement organization. 

YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Supplier Assessment Support: assist in conducting assessments of suppliers to evaluate their Sustainability practices and performance. This includes gathering data, analysing documentation, and contributing to the assessment process. 

Scope 3 emission: data gathering for Scope 3 emission calculation and emission reduction.

Compliance Monitoring Assistance: Support the monitoring of supplier activities to ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Data Management: assist in maintaining databases and systems to track supplier ESG performance data, documentation, and compliance records. Ensure data accuracy, completeness.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices, regulations related to sustainable procurement. Assist in analysing data and preparing reports to support continuous improvement efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement Support: Assist in communicating Sustainability requirements to stakeholders as needed.

Training and Capacity Building: Provide support in the preparation of training material to help suppliers and procurement organization improve their understanding and implementation of Sustainability principles.

Administrative support: Provide administrative support to Responsible Procurement team, including organizing documents, preparing presentations, maintaining files, making reports.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree in in the field of Environmental Science and Sustainability/Engineering/Supply chain Management.

Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems

Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hungarian

Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (using pivot tables, charts, slicers are part of our daily work-life). It is an advantage if you additionally have ERP systems (SAP) knowledge.
