  • Support local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets
  • Be responsible for the set-up of the production support system in Hungary, ensure that all operational indicators of the KPI goals are achieved
  • Be responsible for several responsibilities in the Production area, including employee training system, headcount and operation budgeting and cost control, manpower planning, KPI management, employee caring system, smart factory establishment
  • Support customer audits
  • Assist in various duties the project management team and the Operations Director

Elvárások:

  • Higher education degree
  • Fluent Chinese, English, and Hungarian language skill
  • At least 5 years' experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, cooperativeness and leadership skills
  • Taking on site work in Debrecen
  • An advantage: experience in greenfield investments
