**Job Summary:** Support local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets in a dynamic and demanding environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets
• Set up production support system in Hungary and ensure KPI goals are achieved
• Manage responsibilities in the Production area, including employee training, headcount and operation budgeting, cost control, manpower planning, KPI management, employee caring system, smart factory establishment
• Support customer audits
• Assist project management team and Operations Director

**Requirements:**

• Higher education degree
• Fluent Chinese, English, Hungarian language skills
• At least 5 years' experience in industry, preferably in automotive sector
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, cooperativeness, leadership skills
• Ability to work on site in Debrecen
• Advantage: experience in greenfield investments
