- Collaborate with the parent company to design the SSC structure, aligning with organizational goals and standards.
- Develop a detailed project plan for the setup of the SSC, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Define and document the scope, roles, and responsibilities within the SSC.
- Lead the transition of AP, AR, and Controlling processes
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SSC operations.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing training, development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the SSC, ensuring timely and accurate
processing of transactions.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on AP, AR, and Controlling processes.
- Excellent English language skills, German is a great advantage
- Proven experience in setting up and managing a Finance SSC or similar centralized finance function.
- Strong project management skills with experience in transition planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
