Role purpose

 

The purpose of the AI Solution Architect role is to lead the strategic development and implementation of advanced AI solutions, focusing on generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).

This role aims to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that AI initiatives align with our company's objectives and drive innovation.

The AI Solution Architect is responsible for designing robust and scalable AI architectures, optimizing performance, and integrating security and ethical considerations into all AI projects.

By providing technical guidance, mentoring the team, and staying informed about the latest AI advancements, the AI Solution Architect empowers the organization to leverage AI's full potential, enhancing products and services while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead AI Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges, and design AI solutions that leverage generative AI and LLM technologies effectively.
  • Technical Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy for AI initiatives, considering scalability, reliability, performance, and ethical considerations.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, generative models, and LLMs to drive continuous innovation and improvements in our AI solutions.
  • Architecture Development: Design robust and scalable AI architectures that integrate with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
  • Prototyping and Proof of Concepts: Create prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth development, testing, and deployment of AI models and systems.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI team, promoting best practices, code quality, and adherence to AI development standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in AI models, algorithms, and infrastructure to ensure efficient and reliable AI systems.
  • Security and Ethical Considerations: Integrate security measures and ethical considerations into AI solutions, ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Evaluation and Validation: Develop methodologies for evaluating AI model performance and validating their effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 5 year of experience in IT field
  • Proven experience as Technical Architect or similar role, preferably in software engineering, cloud technologies or infrastructure area
  • Knowledge in finance, HR or production domain is an advantage
  • Specialized courses or obtained certifications in AI, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other relevant AI domains is advantage
  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or similar
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and familiarity with cloud platforms
  • Strong ability to keep up with the latest trends and research
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
