A Junior Field Service Representative a budapesti Service Support Team-nek lesz része, és az Egyesült Királyság régióban zajló elektromos helyszíni szerviztevékenységeket támogatja. Fő feladata a Service Sales és Field Service csapatok számára nyújtott elő- és utóértékesítési adminisztratív támogatás biztosítása, beleértve a karbantartási szolgáltatások adminisztrációját, a szerződéskezelést, a helyszíni szervizjelentések feldolgozását, az ütemezést, a termékekkel kapcsolatos szolgáltatásokat, valamint a termékproblémák/garanciális ügyek és az alkalmazási támogatás kezelése telefonon, e-mailben vagy weben keresztül érkezett megkeresések alapján.

Feladatok:

  • A terepi szervizcsapat által végzett minden típusú szervizkarbantartási feladat adminisztrációja releváns adatbázisok és alkalmazások segítségével, biztosítva az ügyfelek adatainak folyamatosan naprakész állapotát.
  • A terepi szervizmérnökök munkájának koordinálása és az ezzel kapcsolatos adminisztratív feladatok kezelése.
  • Az árajánlatok és szerződéskezelési követelmények teljesítése a terepi szerviz- és szervizértékesítési csapatok által meghatározott elvárások szerint, támogatva az elektromos termékek és kapcsolódó szervizkarbantartási szerződések értékesítési céljait.
  • Proaktívitás az ügyféligények megértése és megoldása érdekében, valamint megoldások keresése nem megszokott feladatokhoz és kérdésekhez.
  • Folyamatos együttműködés az értékesítési, szerviz- és műszaki támogató osztályokkal annak érdekében, hogy széleskörű ismereteket szerezz és fenntarts ezen részlegek belső működéséről és folyamatairól.
  • Az általad kezelt adatokkal kapcsolatos problémák vagy hibák észlelése és továbbítása
  • Segítségnyújtás az adatbázis tisztítási tevékenységekben.
