Als Anwendungsberater (m/w/d) für unser Center of Expertise Payroll & Time gestalten Sie die Entwicklung und den Aufbau eines neuen zentralen Kompetenzcenters für Deutschland in einem starken Team aktiv mit. Ihre Aufgaben als HR SAP Key User:in & Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) :

  • Entwicklung, Gestaltung und Aufbau eines zentralen „Center of Expertise“ für Payroll&Time Deutschland, unter anderem durch Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der Prozesse und Konsolidierung der verschiedenen Abrechnungs- und Zeitwirtschaftssysteme auf einem SAP-System
  • Einführen, Pflegen, Testen und Freigabe anwenderspezifischer Softwaresysteme (SAP-HR Modul PY, sowie ESS/MSS-Szenarien im Mitarbeiterportal)
  • Entwicklung, Konzeption von neuen Abrechnungs-/Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen (Lastenheft) und Begleitung bis zum Roll-Out in den Produktivbetrieb sowie laufende Wartung und Betreuung bestehender Anwendungen und Schnittstellen
  • Beraten und Schulen der verschiedenen Anwender und Fachbereiche in den operativen HR-Bereichen sowie Durchführen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Leitung von ZF-internen Projekten und Teilprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der Abrechnung
     

Ihr Profil als HR SAP Key User:in & Payroll Specialist (m/w/d):

  • Einschlägige dreijährige Berufsausbildung und fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation oder Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Personalwirtschaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im SAP-HR Modul PY und in den MS-Office Produkten (insbesondere Excel)
  • HR-Prozess Know-How (inkl. Employee-/Manager-Self-Services)
  • Ausgeprägte Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige, effektive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
