Purpose of the role:

The Lead BI Analyst will translate business challenges and requirements into data model concepts and support the BI analyst in innovative data visualization. The main mission of the role to support different business areas in understanding and implementing performance measurement solutions. Act as product/project manager on report development solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead/drive report development projects, using Agile PM methodology
  • Drive prioritization of solutions through the Operational governance call
  • Collect and translate business requirements
  • Analyze new use cases and design solution template and prepare proposals for process improvement
  • Work on designing data models for innovative data visualization to drive proactive decision making
  • Create mock-ups and wireframes to demonstrate benefit of solutions
  • Act integral role in the user interface preparation and the deployment (testing, training) of the solution
  • Drive Automation of data collection
  • Proactively leading and proposing improvement actions for continuous improvement
  • Independently work or drive data exploration
  • Ensure a best-practice BI architecture for the end users

This role will suit you if you have the following:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence position
  • Team player, positive, flexible, and creative
  • Pronounced quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pull together, organize, analyze large quantities of data and derive concise insights
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong stakeholder management skillset
  • Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic test and learn environment
  • Experienced in working with Microsoft Fabric, especially Power BI
  • MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Visio, Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Completed BA or MA in relevant fields
