PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Supports the 2030 MOL Group strategy by assisting in the design and implementation of equitable and merit-based reward programs, both financial and non-financial. This role is a perfect fit for junior candidates with strong analytical skills, a passion for data and numbers, and proficiency in Excel. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Support performance management and bonus schemes: professional coordination of the company annual bonus schemes on group level, including performance and career management frameworks. Aid in monitoring, revising, and developing the bonus schemes.Collect and analyse compensation and benefits data to support decision-making. Perform detailed calculations and data analysis to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.Participate in projects related to Compensation & Benefits processes, providing support and contributing to project goals.Assist in managing and maintaining employee compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.Benchmarking and market analysis: conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.Assist in making recommendations for adjustments to maintain competitive positioning.Help in providing internal knowledge capitalization and ensuring HR staff and stakeholders are well-informed about relevant topics through training and information sharing.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bonus activities.Review and update relevant Compensation and Benefits (C&B) policies and procedures regularly to ensure they remain current and effective.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years professional experience in HR/Controlling, preferably in the field of compensation & benefits in a complex environment.Interest in developing a career in compensation and rewards.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with numbers and data.Excellent skills in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.Basic understanding of reward programs and SAP/SuccessFactors systems is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively within a multinational organization.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Proficient in analysing data to support informed decisions.Strong with numbers and calculations, excellent in using Excel for detailed data analysis and reporting.Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in the compensation field.Good communication skills, effective in conveying information and assisting with training.Skilled at working within teams and across different organizational levels.Keen on ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.Contributing to the MOL Group's strategic goals, the Junior Compensation Specialist will gain valuable experience and training in the HR field, particularly in performance management and employee recognition.
