Join our team as an SAP P2P DevOps Team Lead and play a key role in coordinating IT Application Development and Operation activities in alignment with MOL Group's strategy and business requirements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to IT development projects, perform IT development tasks, and ensure the satisfaction of internal business stakeholders, employees, and users of IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of business processes and requirements, handling business requests from a technical perspective and preparing and executing IT development plans to fulfill business needs.
  • Manage the operation of IT applications/services in your area, provide professional support to your team, manage and address issues and change requests, and make suggestions for improving related processes.
  • Be responsible for the lifecycle management (registration, installation, change, revocation) of operating-related software licenses in your area, and the usage of software under the license agreement, tracking of application lifecycle, consolidation, and management of related activities in your field.
  • Supervise the status of applications and configuration items, make recommendations for improving related processes and support systems.
  • Coordinate, manage, motivate, develop, and train your team of 10, including administrative tasks related to the team (checking vacation plans, CATS, SLA times).
  • Participate in Annual People Cycle (APC) processes within your team.
  • Conduct and participate in the recruitment, selection, and induction processes.
Requirements
  • Higher professional, Information Technology, Engineering, or Economics degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in managing an operation or development team, preferably in SAP.
  • Experience in IT Project work is an advantage.
  • English at an active level.
