- Érintett üzleti területek (stakeholderek) elvárásainak megértése és kezelése.
- A különböző szoftvertermékek (modulok) fejlesztési terveinek összehangolása.
- Termékvíziók kialakítása, fejlesztési igények priorizálása.
- Tervezési és fejlesztési folyamatokban való részvétel, üzleti specifikáció készítése.
- Fejlesztési feladatok (product backlog) megfogalmazása, a megvalósítás koordinálása, a határidők követése.
- Rendszeres "backlog refinement" megbeszélések vezetése, az új és a meglévő backlog tételek elemzése és tisztázása érdekében.
- Részvétel a sprint tervezési üléseken, a csapat segítése a következő sprintre vonatkozó célok meghatározásában és azok elérésében.
- Szoros együttműködés a fejlesztőcsapattal az elfogadási kritériumok és tesztek kidolgozásában.
- Felhasználói elfogadási tesztek (UAT) elvégzése az elfogadási kritériumok alapján, és döntés a termékinkrementum elfogadásáról vagy visszautasításáról.
- A rendszerrel kapcsolatos hibák, incidensek kivizsgálásában való aktív részvétel, az incidensekből nyert tapasztalatok beépítése a termékfejlesztés folyamatába.
- A rendszer életciklusának kezelése, a szükséges termékfrissítések koordinálása.
- Az agilis módszerek követése és használata.
- Különböző dokumentálási feladatok megtervezése, dokumentálási sablonok elkészítése.
- Professzionális felsővezetői anyagok, előterjesztések készítése, vezetői riporting.
Munkakör betöltésének feltételei
- Felsőfokú végzettség (IT vagy gazdasági területen)
- Hasonló pozícióban szerzett min. 5 éves szakmai tapasztalat.
- A követelmények összegyűjtésében és formalizálásában szerzett tapasztalat.
- Az üzleti folyamatok modellezésében és elemzésében, valamint a rendszerprototípusok és felhasználói felületek létrehozásában szerzett tapasztalat.
- Magabiztos felhasználói szintű számítástechnikai ismeretek (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Önálló, proaktív munkavégzésre való képesség.
- Analitikus gondolkodás, rendszer- és folyamatszemlélet.
- CRM rendszerek tervezésében szerzett tapasztalat.
