As Lean Engineer, your tasks will be the following:
participation in and promotion of the execution of the company's Lean Implementation Plan,training, coaching and mentoring colleagues from other departments in learning and using Lean tools,mapping the stream of value, identifying waste reduction opportunities,defining and completing projects, tracking and reporting the benefits,preparing standards in the workshops that help to reduce waste, ensuring timely introduction and alignment to standards,encouraging and supporting associates to identify improvement opportunities,relentlessly questing for Lean/5S development opportunities in workshops.Elvárások / Requirements You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following attributes: 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, as a process/quality engineer or lean expert,good understanding of Lean methodology,experience in product and/or production process planning, -drawings, sequence of operations, time standards, value stream mappingsolid English and Hungarian language knowledge.Amit kínálunk / Offer As compensation for your work, the benefits include: cafeteria,yearly bonus, private health insurance,trainings and webinars to support your professional growth,regular corporate events.Kapcsolattartó / Information For more information, reach out to our consultant Virág Kovalik attapasztalat 1-3 év / 1-3 years
