As a Senior Demand Analyst in the IT software development team, you will oversee the entire demand management process, ensuring its quality and consistency from start to finish. Acting as the primary contact, you'll manage customer requests, coordinate with solution teams, and drive projects to completion. Additionally, you will provide regular updates and explore both internal and external solutions to meet customer needs.Pozíció leírása / Job description
