Dev Ops Architect (Team Lead) Purpose of the Position: Join our dynamic MOL Campus Digital Program Office as a Dev Ops Architect (Team Lead) and play a crucial role in transforming our digital landscape.


You will lead a team of Dev Ops professionals, streamlining our CI/CD pipelines, enhancing our smart building's digital backbone, and ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies into our operations.


Your expertise will be pivotal in achieving continuous delivery, efficient software updates, and the optimal functioning of our innovative digital workplace.


The Dev Ops Architect is a senior role requiring in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in all stages of Dev Ops, from development to operations.


You'll be at the forefront of driving the best Dev Ops practices, guiding your team to deliver outstanding operational methodologies while being closely involved in project management and strategic planning.


This role is central to realizing the business strategy of the Campus Service Center by identifying and implementing systems that align with our goals.


Key Responsibilities: As Team Lead: Supervise, examine, and manage technical Dev Ops operations.


Lead and mentor the Dev Ops team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.


Design and implement efficient practices and comprehensive best practices.


Oversee technical operations and guide development teams.


Ensure the stability and maintainability of new technology initiatives.


Actively participate in Agile team efforts, contributing to in-house platforms and automation initiatives.


Prioritize and manage the Dev Ops team’s workload and represent the team during planning sessions.


Collaborate closely with development and Cloud teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.


As Dev Ops Professional: Build, establish, and maintain the Azure Dev Ops environment.


Automate current processes using appropriate tools.


Evaluate, implement, and streamline Dev Ops practices.


Establish continuous build environments to expedite software development.


Design tools for infrastructure management and write clean, reusable code.


Develop extensive test coverage codes and perform continuous deployment in a professional setting.


Provide support and troubleshooting for our Documentum-based platforms.


Participate in software design and development activities.


Provide technical support and enhancements for high-risk, business-critical applications.


Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and local legislation (licensing, data security, etc.).


Plan, execute, maintain, and patch workloads in Azure.


Build and deploy configuration management to support Continuous Delivery.


Implement infrastructure as code on Azure for automated infrastructure deployment.


Develop highly repeatable processes with a focus on automation using ARM templates.


Job Requirements: Hands-on experience in networking security, databases, and cloud systems.


Strong background in infrastructure management and monitoring.


Extensive knowledge of operating system administration, MS Azure cloud platform deployment, and networking protocols.


Proficiency in software development processes and tools such as Saa S, Python, Java, Mongo DB, Shell scripting, My SQL, and Git.


Deep understanding of Dev Ops and Agile principles.


Proven experience in building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
