The Role As the Senior Product Manager, you will drive positive business outcomes by developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GSCF’s supply chain finance solutions.

Demonstrated ability to drive results that deliver business success and customer satisfaction.


5+ years of experience in building innovative software products or infrastructure at scale, ideally within the supply chain finance or financial services sectors.


Proven ability to develop, own, and adjust a project roadmap to achieve the overall vision.


Experience in conducting detailed market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.


Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.


Expertise in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize product profitability.


Experience in designing effective product packaging to meet the needs of diverse customer segments.


Strong analytical skills with experience in making data-based decisions and recommendations.


Hands-on experience in data analysis to derive actionable insights.


Builder mentality with a focus on solving customer problems through technology solutions.


Demonstrated success in creating business-focused products.


Experience in coaching and upskilling team members or mentees.


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly at the senior leadership level.


Positive, people-oriented, and collaborative mindset.


Fluent in English.

,[Lead discovery sessions with customers and business partners to define and refine the product vision and strategy, focusing on supply chain finance., Ensure alignment of the product vision with business goals to deliver significant value to both customers and GSCF., Translate the product vision into a well-sequenced roadmap, evolving it based on insights and changing business goals., Own and adjust the product roadmap to meet strategic objectives and respond to new challenges and opportunities., Identify, refine, and meticulously monitor KPIs to assess product health and its impact on key business metrics., Develop and monitor OKRs for product initiatives to ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives., Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the supply chain finance sector., Perform competitor analysis to understand the competitive landscape and inform product strategy., Develop and implement strategic pricing models to maximize product profitability and market penetration., Design effective product packaging to meet the needs of different customer segments and drive adoption.
