  • Manage laboratory operations by prioritizing and scheduling resources, compiling analyses and reports, and verifying results
  • Develop, validate, and verify test methods; conduct physical and chemical sample analyses per standard procedures
  • Execute project tasks and verify investigation reports for professional content and standards
  • Maintain and develop organizational regulations to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations
  • Train lab technicians on equipment use, mentor, and instruct lab staff
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance service levels, consumer satisfaction, and meet future demands
  • Investigate customer complaints
  • Ensure safe and HSE-compliant operation of equipment, and that staff follows industry standards and regulations

  • Degree in Chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent, analytical chemistry specialization is an asset
  • Min 2+ years of experience in laboratory environment
  • General knowledge of Polyol, Polyurethane foam
  • Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Microsoft Office user level skills
  • International experience is an asset
  • Category B driving license
