Are you ready to step into the fast-paced world of e-commerce logistics and customs operations? We are seeking a Customs Assistant to help us ensure smooth import, export, and transit processes, as well as resolve customs-related issues with precision and expertise.

Your role will focus on managing customs clearance for e-commerce shipments, overseeing processes like import, export, and transit, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. You’ll be the key point of contact between our clients, customs authorities, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling and responding to international emails from customers, branches, and customs authorities
  • Verifying pre-alerted shipments and ensuring their correct integration into our systems
  • Tracking goods in transit and assisting with physical inspections when necessary
  • Assisting customs inspections and managing customs documentation
  • Identifying and resolving operational challenges while ensuring adherence to safety standards
  • Monitoring ETA updates, tracking shipments, and coordinating with handling agents for smooth logistics
  • Participating in the development and improvement of customs procedures
  • Continuously expanding your customs knowledge to stay ahead in a dynamic environment
, What we’re looking for:
  • A degree in foreign trade, transport, or logistics (or similar training)
  • Fundamental knowledge of customs documentation and regulations
  • At least 1 year of experience in transport and logistics
  • Intermediate Excel skills and a B2 level of English
