About us and role purpose:
Huawei has a dynamic and multicultural environment, since 2020 when a new technical hub was opened in Budapest, Hungary market.
We are looking for a determinate and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Service Center in Budapest offices. You will play a critical role in building out the technology teams for our global business, recruiting candidates in a timely, and efficient manner that meets the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business.
Here is a taste of what you will be doing:
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, Boolean search and other methodologies of sourcing
- Develop candidate sourcing strategies that ensure successful recruitment process
- Screen candidates' resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports of the candidates to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build positive and trustable relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates and Employees
- Guide and support employees on Onboarding and exit process;
To ensure the success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:
- BS/MS in Psychology, Labor Relations or Human Resources related fields
- 2+ years of proven experience with full-cycle recruitment stages and HR processes
- Experience recruiting telecom profiles (is a plus) and other areas like marketing and sales would be highly valuable
- Excellent English language skills – written and spoken.
- Ability to multi-task and assist colleagues.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines

- Travel outside Hungary as per position/project requires – business trip allowance, transportation and accommodation will be cover by the company accordingly local legislation
- Overtime in case of needed – paid extra
- Annual leave days –The base annual leave quota is 20 days, but accordingly local legislation you can have extra annual quotas because of the ages and if somebody has children.
- We offer you a SIM Card and your personal laptop for a effective work at the office.
