Job Description:

Az Arrow Ecs Kft. egy nemzetközi cég magyar leányvállalata, Value Added Disztribútorként tevékenykedünk az IT területen. Nem a volume / consumer IT terméket forgalmazzunk, hanem ún enterprise IT gyártókat segítünk, hogy itthon minél sikeresebbek legyenek.

A mi feladtunk, hogy gyártóink és azok viszonteladó partneri között a megfelelő kapcsolatot kialakítsuk, fejlesszük és támogassuk, aminek eredményeképpen ezen vendoraink sikeresebbek lehetnek viszonteladó partnereiken keresztül, a magyar végfelhasználók körében.

A bővülő IBM üzletágunk szeretne Integrációs és IT Üzemeltetés támogatási megoldások területen erősödni egy új presales kollega bevonásával.

Támogatjuk, hogy az új kollegánk szakértőjévé váljon az IBM Middleware és AIOPs platformjain, tapasztalatot szerezzen vállalati integrációs és IT automatizációs megoldások bevezetésében.

Olyan új kollegát keresünk, aki az alábbi területeken tudja majd meglévő és új viszonteladóinkat segíteni:
  • Partnerek Technikai támogatása
    • Konfigurációk
    • POC support
    • Oktatások
    • Saját Lab környezet kialakítása
  • Ügyfél oldali támogatás:
    • Pre-sales támogatás, tecnikai előadások
    • Ügyfeles architektúrális tervezés
  • Post sales support
    • Ügyfelek oktatása
    • Support hozzáférések kezelése
    • Knowledgebase fenntartás, stb.
  • Elvárt, vagy előnyös ismertek:
    • IT Üzemeltetési ismeretek
    • Rendszerintegrációs tapasztalatok
