The successful candidate will be required to travel within the European region quite frequently (up to 2 weeks / month). Electrical Certificate is a must to have
In this position, you will be:
- Responsible for data center facility & EV Charger project technical service delivery, for example; installation guide, commission, site acceptance test and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for site equipment health check service and report annually when necessary, supervise the quality of on-site maintenance operation refer the health check guide.
- Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA, such as software upgrade or update, hardware replacement etc.
- Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Electrical certificate (must).
- Knowledge of the electrical engineering, commission and test work.
- Good understanding of data center electrical schematic diagrams and specifications.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD software;
- Ability to build effective technical service relationships with customers and partners and ensure customer satisfaction.
