We are part of the Heureka Group, the largest price comparison platform operating in 9 markets of Central and Eastern Europe. More than 20 million users come to us for shopping advice every month, and we are a leading shopping advisor and price comparison platform in 8 of the 9 countries we operate., In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The IT Operation team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing networks, servers, and systems to support our daily operations and business goals. They  manage and resolve technical issues swiftly, implement robust security measures, and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:
  • Providing technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues;
  • Ensuring that user permissions and access are appropriately managed;
  • Ensuring systems are secure from vulnerabilities by applying updates, managing firewalls, and enforcing security protocols;
  • Ensuring that systems comply with organizational policies and legal regulations regarding data protection and security;
  • Strong international level cooperation with IT teams from other countries within Heureka Group;
  • Works and provides IT service primarily within his locality;
  • Hardware and software management (Windows, MacOS platforms).
