AS THE NEW LEADER OF THE FUNCTION / TEAM, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategy building, senior level management of corporate level strategic projects;
* Holistic overview, ownership and improvement of Yettel’s digital touchpoints including web and app channels;
* Take responsibility over business critical customer journeys on web and app channels;
* Representation of Digital Capabilities team and developments on company level forums;
* Support defining and updating the yearly product strategies;
* Align present strategy, quarterly plans and results to key stakeholders and commercial management team;
* Prepare supporting materials, align capability and project needs;
* Manage and own team budget;
* Vendor management;
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders: IT, Marketing Communication, B2B/B2C Segment;
* Oversee and optimize the work of the team members, supports team and individual development processes;
* Remove obstacles during everyday operation to ensure team efficiency;
* Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback;
* Mentor junior Digital Capabilities Office members;

We are looking for a #PeopleFirst leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:University or college degree (preferably in Economics or Technical field)Fluency in Hungarian and EnglishMin. 1 year experience in people managementExperience working in multinational / regional projectsAdvanced expertise in front-end system development, agile way of work and project managementGreat collaboration, negotiation, and communication skillsDrive, energy, and caring attitude towards team membersOwnership mindset

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, we work in the close-to-nature and innovative Yettel House, and during the summer, in our Garden Office. On Mondays, depending on your projects or tasks, we have the option to work either from Yettel House or from home.
