Supporting our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Administration:

• Managing dedicated supplier, product and project management databases
• Performing administrative tasks in dedicated platforms
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and new product opportunities
• Conducting data analysis and presenting results

Communication:

• Maintaining a communication loop between sales demand and supplier offers 
• Managing and maintaining relationships with manufacturing partners
• Facilitating effective communication of developments and changes across departments

Project Management:

• Processing and fulfilling KA demands
• Tracking and coordinating continuous projects
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies and compliance with legal standards
• Proposing ROI-oriented order plans
• Preparing regular reports on the status and advancement of projects

• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Confident user-level skills in MS Office applications
• Precision and detail-oriented approach to work
