Főbb feladataid :
  • Receptgyártás és tesztelés
  • Új receptek kidolgozása, előállítása és tesztelése print és digitális megjelenésekhez, valamint esztétikus tálalás a fotózásokhoz
  • A Street Kitchen tartalomgyártók receptjeinek szakmai lektorálása
  • Ötletelésben való aktív részvétel, receptek kiválasztása és fejlesztése
  • Eseményekre szánt menü összeállítása és lebonyolítása
  • Heti árurendelések menedzselése az aktuális raktárkészlet és a leadott alapanyaglista alapján
  • Food team vezető munkájának támogatása

  • Legalább 3 év releváns konyhai tapasztalat
  • Gasztronómia iránti rajongás
  • Legyél lelkes és kreatív
  • Legyél nyitott és rugalmas, mert bármikor kérhet tőled olyan kajaötletet a séf, ami nem a te személyes ízlésedhez passzol
  • Csapatmunkára való képesség ugyanakkor tudj önállóan is dolgozni
  • Tudj “fejben” főzni és legyél precíz.
