Az Árukereső.hu Magyarország piacvezető ár-, és termék összehasonlító oldala, egyben online vásárlási kalauza, amely 2004 óta több tízmillió vásárlásban segítette már a felhasználókat és a webshopokat. Szolgáltatásainkat napi szinten több mint félmillió látogató veszi igénybe, naponta átlagosan 3-4 millió lapletöltés mellett. Magyarország mellett Romániában és Bulgáriában is piacvezetők vagyunk ár- és termék összehasonlító oldalainkkal, melyekkel évről évre egyre több elégedett látogatót szolgálunk ki és célunk, hogy ez a szám még tovább növekedjen.
A brand a Heureka Group része, ami az Árukeresőhöz hasonló területen operáló cégekből áll. Ennek a határokon átnyúló kooperációnak köszönhetően egyre több hosszútávú és nagy lélegzetvételű e-commerce product fejlesztése fut.
Keressük a Call Center csapat legújabb tagját, aki érdeklődik az e-kereskedelem világa iránt, rendelkezik némi szakmai tapasztalattal ügyfélszolgálati munkatársként, és magabiztosan kommunikál angol nyelven szóban és írásban egyaránt.
A pozíció elsődleges célja, hogy átfogó támogatást nyújtson felhasználóinknak és partnereinknek, biztosítva számukra a zökkenőmentes és kellemes ügyfélélményt.
A hatékony problémamegoldás érdekében szükség lesz kiemelkedő kommunikációs készségedre, valamint szoros együttműködésre a belső csapatokkal. Proaktív hozzáállásoddal pedig hozzájárulhatsz ügyfél-siker stratégiáink és működésünk folyamatos fejlesztéséhez.

- Telefonos és írásbeli kommunikáció partnereinkkel és az oldal felhasználóival;
- A beérkező panaszok szakszerű kezelése és megválaszolása;
- Gyors és pontos problémamegoldás az ügyfél elégedettség szem előtt tartásával;
- A pozícióhoz tartozó adminisztratív feladatok ellátása;
- Részvétel különleges kampányok és események tervezésében és kivitelezésében;
- A célok elérése érdekében szoros együttműködés elsősorban a Customer Success csapattal, esetenként a Sales és a Content csapatokkal.
- Legalább 1 év, hasonló munkakörben szerzett tapasztalat;
- Legalább társalgási szintű, aktív angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban;
- Kiváló kommunikációs készség;
- Precíz, pontos munkavégzés, kiváló helyesírás;
- Technikai affinitás és tapasztalat irodai szoftverek (Microsoft termékek) használatában.
- Daktela, Salesforce, vagy hasonló CRM és ticketing rendszerek ismerete;
- E-kereskedelem/online területen szerzett jártasság.
