Housekeeping Coordinator

The Housekeeping Coordinator coordinates the housekeeping efforts and activities along with guest requests to achieve excellent housekeeping service. Uplift Your Career with Corinthia BudapestTasks & Involvements:Respond to all incoming calls and handle guest requests, issues and complaints to provide quality service and ensure guest satisfactionIn charge of the departmental Knowcross system and make sure it is updated and used correctlyTake key inventory to ensure all section keys/master keys are accounted forResponsible for supporting the Housekeeping department for administrative duties: inventories, timesheets, purchasingTo be able to do daily room attendant task assignments (AM) or turndown/refresh rooms assignments (PM)Assigning specific cleaning tasks to each staff member based on their skills and expertiseTraining new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and methodsChecking the cleanliness of the public area min 2 times/dayTo coordinate with the Team Leaders and ensure that the current room statuses are updated in the system at all timesEnsure housekeeping guest amenities and supplies are well stocked and available for the cleaning tasksThe Ideal Candidate: At least few years of proven Housekeeping experience in similar position preferably in a 5-star property of similar sizeQualification in hospitalityExcellent command of written & spoken Hungarian and EnglishGood understanding of housekeeping systems & processesSuperior attention to detail and ability to control multiple tasks simultaneouslyImproved communication skillsAbility to coordinate a teamBenefits:Competitive salary with cafeteriaMeals in the staff canteen on dutyPrivate healthcare insuranceUniform with laundry serviceInternational Corinthia discountsEmployment recognition awards & eventsLearning & development opportunitiesCandidates must be eligible to work in Hungary and are requested to submit their professional CV in English with their application.CORINTHIA BUDAPEST, HUNGARY
