Fleet Sales Manager

Fleet Sales Manager oversees and manages our fleet sales operations across the Central and Eastern European region. Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of our corporate sales, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction, and implementing effective structure, strategies and actions that align with our organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Fleet Sales Management: oversee the entire fleet sales operation, including acquisition, key account management and disposal of vehicles. Ensure all fleet vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: develop and execute fleet management strategies that reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: prepare the fleet budget and ensure operations are within the allocated financial resources. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Compliance and Safety: ensure all fleet activities comply with local and international laws and regulations. Promote a culture of safety and responsibility conduct regular safety audits.[VS1]
- Key account relations: manage relationships with vendors, dealerships, and maintenance service providers to ensure service agreements are fulfilled and negotiate terms that benefit the organization. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objective.
- Performance Monitoring: utilize fleet management software to track vehicle performance, schedule maintenance, and analyze operational data to make informed decisions. Create reports for upper management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the fleet team to achieve set objectives and maintain high morale and job satisfaction. Serve as a contact point for key customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet sales and/or key account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of fleet management best practices and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in fleet management Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional CEE languages are advantageous.
