As the Data Analytics Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading the further expansion and penetration of our data analytics capabilities and service portfolio in the business, leveraging on the billions of integrated and standardized data points in our central data warehouse. You will be responsible for leading the actionable design and implementation of custom-built advanced analytics tools addressing key business problems and opportunities, and for providing data analysis and business insights to our clients across the Consumer Services Business Unit.Main responsibilities:Understand the key business strategies and growth opportunities of Group Consumer Services, based on that define the business needs and translate those into actionable and efficient data analytics solutions and outcomes.Contribute to the development and lead the effective business implementation of the data, reporting, advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions and tools, working in a versatile, agile development squad collaboratively with data analysts, product owners, BI developers, data engineers, data scientists, data architects and business partners.Generate meaningful business and customer insights that drive the business implementation of cutting-edge data analytics solutions across markets and business teams.Engage with the business teams for turning the data-based insights, opportunities and recommendations into action through the relevant business and decision-making processes.Ensure that the applied analytical methods, techniques deliver efficient data solutions and user experience that address the business requirements and deliver quantifiable business growth impact.Perform ad-hoc data analysis and craft impactful reports and visualizations (dashboards, management presentations) and formulate recommendations as appropriate for driving action (preferred dashboarding platform is Microsoft Power BI).Build the capabilities of the business partners to transform the data acumen of the organization and promote data-based decision making in everything we do.Identify gaps and issues with current data landscape, and contribute to the design and the delivery of solutions to resolve themMain requirements:Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus3-5+ years of experience in consulting, or data analysis, data visualization, working with big data and AI/ML solutions preferably in a fast-paced environmentAwareness of fundamental data analysis methods and statistical conceptsFamiliarity with machine learning and other data science methods is a plusExperience working with big data and AI/ML solutionsKnowledge of consumer services, consumer products or retail domain is a plusExcellent influencing and communication skills (both written and verbal) both in Hungarian and English, Knowledge of one Central Eastern European language is plusStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsOutstanding business acumen and personal leadershipmanaging multiple tasks in parallelReadiness to learn and develop new skillsKnowledge of big data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau)Professional usage of Microsoft Officeadvantage: knowledge of one or more languages prevalent in data analytics (e.g., SQL, R, Python)Strong attention to details while able to understand the big pictureProactive mindset, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and team mentality, Strong growth mindset, eagerness to learn and growExperience in working in agile / scrum environment is a plusKnowledge of one Central Eastern European language is preferredWhat we offer:Be part of a forward-thinking team that's at the forefront of digital transformation and the business applications of AI innovationsTremendous opportunities for continuous learning and growth working in a fast-paced, agile environment with Enjoy a supportive and inclusive workplace that values innovation and creativity.Work with advanced tech stack for big data analyticsMultinational teams and projects covering multiple markets across the CEE regionVersatile career opportunities in a dynamically growing international organizationGain experience across industries due to our growing scope of businesses we serve (both within and outside of MOL Group)Personalized learning journey, training budget and time dedicated for individual and team learning goalsFlexible home office approachAn Inspirational team and premium work environment in the neomodern MOL Campus skyscraperRegular team outingsFree health coverReady to take your career to the next level?
