Your task will be to provide strategic financial assistance and leadership, not standard accounting. You will be the financial backbone of the entire hotel operation. Financial Closings: Managing and supervising month-end closings and preparing related reports. Cash Flow & Banking: Recording, verifying bank statements/transfers, and ongoing supervision and analysis of cash flow processes. Tax & Compliance: Preparing tax returns and maintaining tax-related records; participating in audits, tax inspections, or other financial reviews. Budgeting & Planning: Participating actively in the preparation of financial budgets. Performance Analysis: Preparing comprehensive business, profitability, and return calculations, or contributing essential inputs. Team & Corporate Leadership: Supervising the work of the finance team and collaborating closely with affiliated companies within the corporate group. Ledger Mastery: Regular monitoring and reconciliation of supplier and customer ledger accounts.   We have a unique opportunity with our Client, a high-growth, dynamic group that is not just in the hotel business—they are setting the standard for contemporary lifestyle and residential development. We are looking for a highly professional individual ready to step into a leadership position. Education: University degree in Economics or Finance. (A chartered accountant degree is a distinct advantage but not a requirement) Experience: At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar, senior financial role. Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Industry Insight: Experience in hotel operation is a significant advantage.
